After being in the Hoover practice for 37 years, I don't appreciate being called less than an hour before my appointment to be told that I would not be seeing the dentist because the dentist WAS ON VACATION. I had previously requested NEVER to be scheduled to be seen just by a hygienist because I must take a pre-med. This was in my medical record. In addition, I was traveling from 2 hours away for the appointment and in fact was in my car on my way to the appointment when I was called. Wow - how terrible is that!! This is sh... read more
Best dentist I’ve ever seen. Nagging problem for last few years diagnosed as a cavity behind a crown. Thank you Lisa and Dr. Andrew Hoover for finding this. My prior dentist said it’s nothing to worry about and besides you have a root canal there so it shouldn’t bother you at all.
