Dr. Andrew Wassef has a great bedside manner, he's very thorough explaining your condition, a very good listener regarding your concerns and should you need surgery, make sure to follow his instructions. I think Dr. Andrews is an excellent Orthopedic Dr. and Surgeon. I highly recommend him!!.

Dr.Wassef was very professional all the the time with me and when I had my surgery I didn't have the chance to speak with him after but he informed my sister of my care and he called me the next day to check up on me,he has always been very attentive of my care. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that I know.

If it were not for Dr. Andrew Wassef I would be in a wheelchair. He told me he had never had a patient like me - both fake hips infected at the same time, plus a fungus and the infection on the right hip. To clear up the whole mess required four (4) surgeries and most of 2014!! Dr. Wassef was honest with me - I don't even know enough to ask an intelligent question so I started bringing my friend Barbara with me. Barbara is a nurse and could speak and understand "doctor." Dr. Wassef did a difficult re-do of my first hip replacement, a re surface that I was having a reaction with the metal. Everyone was worried and the two local orthopedic doctors I consulted were not qualified. Dr. Wassef was wonderful, confident and caring. My hip is fantastic, I do yoga ,hike and ride a mountain bike. I highly recommend him for orthopedic surgery.
He truly is a credit to his profession. My surgery went without a hitch the score was minimal the pain was minimal. I have wonderful team in the surgery room as well as therapy. My recovery was quite fast and I thank him for that. Looks like I'll have the right one done soon. I highly recommend him He's a wonderful doctor.
I am sitting in my PCP's office waiting to get clearance from her for my hip replacement surgery in 3 days. Nothing like waiting til the last minute, right? The problem is, I was never informed about what steps I needed to take before my surgery. I did not receive a call nor a letter explaning what I needed to do. I did receive a call in December but since it was too early, the person said she would call back when it was closer to my appointment. That call never came.
