PerhapsI am expecting too much, but I sent in a list of questions two days prior to my appointment. But I did not get answers to most of them.

When checking out at the reception desk, the printer printed out 20 pages of information which I already have access to on My Chart... All single sided printed pages. After looking at the pages and determining they had no useful purpose, they went into my recycling bin. Surely PHP could come up with a way to save tons of paper per day which is wasted.
