Dr. Appel is a great surgeon. He did my procedure back in March of 2023 and since I never thought of writting a review until now. First of all he is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. With the help of his assistance Paola, they were able to expedite the process so he can do my procedure fast since I was in extreme pain (at times I couldn’t even walk, stand, laid down etc etc). I am very thankful that I was able to find Dr. Appel.
Secretary Paola and this office is holding my medical documents hostage. They refuse to send me them. I have sinced moved and need my medical records to give to my new doctor and physical therapists. I have been trying to get in contact for months. Voicemails, calls, texts - nothing works. Paola should lose her job.
