Dr. Hsu may be a talented surgeon, but he and his team are the WORST at taking care of a patient. I have never, ever experienced a WORSE type of care than he and his office. They are completely unresponsive.
Dr. Hsu and his staff are very kind and responsive. They gave me an emergency appointment when I woke up with a terrible stye in my eye. They made sure my vision was good. Dr. Hsu did a thorough exam of my eye, explained the problem and decided on a plan to help me heal. He remembered that I only have vision in one eye and takes extra care to preserve it. I am very thankful Dr. Hsu is my doctor and recommend him highly.
Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Hsu as I had broken both my ankles and am in need of surgery. I was really hoping he would be able to help as this is his specialty. Dr Hsu canceled the appointment 1 hour before I was scheduled to arrive. I did not get the message as I was driving. Instead his staff told me to go to the emergency room which I had already been to and they had told me to go to an orthopedic specialist. Thanks for making me get driven across town with 2 broken ankles.
Dr. Hsu is highly professional and personable. He keeps you informed and explains everything thoroughly in ways you can understand. He performed a very successful ankle surgery on me and I am so thankful!
