I just walked out of the doctor's office after waiting for ONE HOUR AND 40 MINUTES without him seeing me. When I left there were ELEVEN patients waiting. In addition, when they take the pictures of your eyes, you are in public so everyone waiting hears your date of birth and anything else they ask. It is totally in violation of HIPPA. The environment is modern, clean, spacious, and relaxing. I received a courteous welcome from the front desk receptionist who was professional and friendly. I immediately felt that I was going to receive excellent care. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. She accommodated both me and my 18 month old and made us feel welcomed as well.
