Dr. Heinzelmann was on time, professional, and very personable and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions (and there were a LOT). I wish every doctor could be like him!

Dr. Hanby was very professional from start to finish; the staff he works with was as well; he answered all my questions; I was apprehensive about the replacement at first, but became comfortable with it the more I saw his staff and did PT.
He is great at his job. He will let you know what needs to be done to fix the problem and the best way you can get there.
