He was honest about my knee situation.
He always takes time and makes sure my questions are answered. Very caring.
Doctor and staff put us at ease. He explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
He listened and answered questions where I fully understand what is being said
His telling me in detail the basis of his belief that additional therapeutic interventions, I.e. surgery, was not a viable option. At the same time acknowledging my frustration and suggesting exercises, incremental weight lifting as most likely helpful over a period of several months .

Doc is so caring and understanding. He explains things very well. Down to earth and the whole staff is so efficient.
Dr. Heinzelman was very kind and a superb listener! He seems very compassionate and thorough during my visit. He explained things well and referred me for MRI and nerve testing to see what he can't see on x-rays. I highly recommend Dr. Heinzelman!
