He listened and answered questions where I fully understand what is being said
His telling me in detail the basis of his belief that additional therapeutic interventions, I.e. surgery, was not a viable option. At the same time acknowledging my frustration and suggesting exercises, incremental weight lifting as most likely helpful over a period of several months .

Doc is so caring and understanding. He explains things very well. Down to earth and the whole staff is so efficient.
Dr. Heinzelman was very kind and a superb listener! He seems very compassionate and thorough during my visit. He explained things well and referred me for MRI and nerve testing to see what he can't see on x-rays. I highly recommend Dr. Heinzelman!
He was great! Just not crazy about very, very long pre registration online form. And this overlong evaluation.

Dr Heinzelmann performed my shoulder surgery. I couldn't be more pleased with him or the results of the surgery. Dr Heinzelmann has a great bedside manner and explains every portion of the process. He and the staff at Ozark Orthopedics are quick, caring and professional. Thank You!!
