Bianca was very efficient and great customer service
I saw Dr Stefan Levay-Young yesterday, and I’m so happy with my experience at Target Optical! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, and Dr Stefan was really willing to talk, and I really felt like every effort was made to find the best options at the best price. I was also glad my discount through my insurance plan worked; it’s not through a regular insurance company, so I was pleasantly surprised they could accept it! I’ll definitely be coming back.
This was my first visit. Dr. Levay seems very competent, professional, and he engages well with his patient. He even identified a way I can save a lot of money through a benefit that I have through my insurance and is willing to do the extra "paperwork" to enable this savings.
Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my exam!
