very rude people and they dont keep what they say. I was pregnant when worked there when they hired me they knew I was high risk but yet when my doctor put me off work till baby was born. after I had her I called I texted and noone would ever answer
Always have been able to get a walkin appointment till today ...Sign says walkins welcome 10am-630pm was turned away said they no longer accept walkin appoints after 10am ...... the sign should reflect this. I should have been notified by email or something but none of this has happened. Now I have to find somewhere else to get my sons eyes checked and later on the rest if my family. Appreciate it though.
My appointment was on 8/14/19, it has been 10 weeks since they said they were ordering my contacts. I called 3 weeks ago & someone actually answered the phone, she was rude and her response was "if the contacts had come in, we would have called you:" Worst customer service experience ever!
Improve your customer service training and your follow up procedures. You took my money but never once called to explain why my daughters contacts were not in after two months. This was also after her perscription expired! The staff is rude and it was a very disappointing experience.
Love this place always great service...
After scheduling an appointment and showing up for said appointment I waited 2 + hours to be seen. A customer who walked in after me with an appointment scheduled after mine was seen before I was. I was told I was considered a walkin after being 10 mins late even though there were already 4 people ahead of me waiting with appointments. Will never come back!
