unprofessional..during a shiatsu treatment he left twice to talk to the next patient..his cell rang loudly twice ..shares office can hear all loud talking and noises very unsoothing unprofessional no proper paper or covering on massage table but a small paper towel-- previous persons may have drooled all over mouth and face area.. unhygienic.. its a shame as his massage technique felt effective.. but noise and environment and interrupting treatment highly unprofessional.. wont go .back... just because i had groupon still med... read more
Help for my commute – I ride the train everday to downtown manhattan and it has taken its toll on my neck and back. A co-worker recommended Dr. Black, who was close to my office. I am extremely satisfied with his services. I am a wall street executive and am always short on time, and very stressed. He never makes me wait.
My messed up back – I started using Dr. Black when my job moved me to Manhattan. Dr. Black was able to replace my old chiro that I have used for years, and was really good. He was just too far away. Dr. black spoke to him and was able to everything that he did . He really fixed me up.
fibromyalgia and herniated disc – I have been suffering for a few years with fibromyalgia, orr trigger points. I have tried many doctors and some chiropractors. Of all the doctors, Dr. Black has helped the most. He used a combination of chiropractic, nutrition, stress management, and exercises. He also found out that I do have a herniated disc in my neck.
my disc problems – I have been using Dr. Black's services on and off over the past 7 years. I have bulging and herniated discs in my low back. This gives me pain down my leg and sometimes it gets bad. Dr. Black always helps when it flares up. He uses that spinal decompression machine.
Jacked my Back! – I was doing some work a few weekends ago and threw my back out. I have done it before, i got a herniated disc, and this time I went to Dr. Black. I was in a lot of pain, and he took me right away. After a few times on his traction machine I feel much better. He also stretched me out and showed me how to sit at my computer.
I Have known Dr. Black for over 10 years – I have been using Dr. Black for over 10 years. Even though my job moved from wall street to midtown, I still see him. He works with some great massage therapists, and when he "cracks" my back I don't mind. He is very gentle.
Thank You – After I fell down at work somebody recommended Dr. Black for my back injury. He really spent a lot of time with me. I have made a full recovery thanks to his care. He gave me adjustments, some electric muscle treatment, and exercises. He was very professional and helpful. Thanks!
Back Pain – I don't normally write reviews...takes too much time...so I will keep it short. I was in a car accident years ago and have never been the same. I have seen many great chiropractors over the years for these injuries and Dr. Black ranks among the best. I often get results after 1 or 2 visits, and he is so close to my office in the financial district.
