I would like to thank Dr. Banos for doing a fantastic total knee replacement. One year post-op I've resumed most of my activities including sailing over the summer and fall. I am very grateful to Dr. Banos and the Seacoast Orthopedics team for providing excellent support throughout the knee replacement process.
Dr Banos performed a reverse right shoulder total replacement….from diagnosis to last follow up he and his staff were calm, attentive, patient…explained process carefully and thoroughly…procedure went smoothly ….pain is virtually gone and if anyone asks if I would recommend him I can now painlessly raise my arm to say I certainly would.
What a great team Dr Banos has. I had both a full knee replacement and a hip replacement within 3 months of each other this year and am back in the pool with water aerobics, playing golf and pain free!!! The whole office was so organized and always on schedule. Thank you Dr Banos for giving me my active life back. Ana Jaques Hospital was fabulous too! I highly recommend Seacoast Orthopedics. I will not hesitate when my other knee calls for attention.

Two and a half years ago, I could barely walk. I was also morbidly obese. Not a good combo! Dr. Banos was honest, empathic and proactive in our conversation about knee replacement surgeries. He was kind in telling me that I needed to be at a certain BMI in order to do the surgeries. He also took the time to look up how much weight that would mean. I had arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery 6 months ago and had a great experience throughout the entire process. Dr. Banos and his staff were wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.
My hip was causing me significant pain to the point where I could not work. Dr. Banos tried conservative treatments before suggesting a hip replacement. I am SO glad I got this done! It's been three months since the surgery and I am 95%. I am able to return to my job and my hobbies pain free! Dr. Banos clearly and thoroughly explained the problem and procedures.
