Excellent Cardiologist, very jovial, good and professional treatment, expert hands, very safe and fast. I recommend him 100%.
This Dr Andres Palomo is the worse Dr ever He is very rude and He no want answer questions about the procedure. He evade questions I think he don’t know what his doing My mom stayed with him in surgery room for a catheterization longer than it usually takes ,and in the end he couldn't do it after he hurt her trying to do the procedure, leaving her in pain.I do not recommend this Dr to not one You life can be in risk
This was not visit it was procedure at hospital. Never took time to explain or talk to me about procedure as he does not like to answer questions, no bedside manners no explanation to relatives as to how procedure went, very rude no bedside mannerd
terrible experience... all about $$$$$$$$
what a terrible experience I had with Dr. Palomo. He is borderline rude with his condescending and dismissive attitude. I guess he forgets we the patients are his bread and butter. The man did not explain things nor wanted to answer my questions. He did not even look over my blood results which I wanted to discuss. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN BUSINESS!! worst docter I have ever visited.
He could be an eminence in medicine but his patient treatment is not good, no dress code for a health professional (unacceptable), not recommended , more interested in your insurance than your health, his fist words (What kind of insurance is this that you have, never heard of it), get another Cardiologist, no vocation to treat humans.
unfortunately I have to give a very bad report, about Dr. Palomo the treatment is not good with the patient, do not send the results to the doctor, the receptionist believes that we got charity, forget that we paid every visit to the clinic , they are rude when answering the patient's questions, and Doctor Palomo does not answer the patient's questions, definitely the clinic and Doctor Palomo have to understand that patients pay for the visit is not free..
STAY AWAY! Just like the below review, they will inform you to arrive before 7:30AM only to have you waiting in the hallway for over an hour. Come on, now, we are talking about elderly people who rely on a walker. This is not right. Now, the Office Manager (who I will choose not to name because unlike her, I actually know how to respect people) is very unprofessional. Due to the character limits on this site please see yelp and other review sites for more information.
I have no idea what this doctor's background is but he keeps people like my father waiting in his waiting room for hours at a time. My father was asked to show up at 7:30AM and three hours later he still has not been seen. My father is a dying man. This is ridiculous. Avoid this doctor if you can.
