I recently changed doctors and became a new patient with Dr. Patron. I am very happy with the professional service I received and continue to receive at the office. It's very convenient to call and make an appointment. The entire staff is very professional and offer excellent service. I am very happy that I transferred to Dr. Patron.
This Dr. office, they are definitely not professional, not to mention they never return your calls. I chose this office 3 years ago as my primary Dr. because they were close to me. I have yet to see the Dr. once, you always see someone different, and not a Dr. and they have contradicting diagnoses each time. I have been trying to reach them for three days now again leaving several messages daily because they sent the wrong quantity medication prescription to the pharmacy and I ran out, they can not give me medication until D... read more

Dr Patron and his staff are always helpful. Yaris at the front desk is amazing and she always finds a spot to get me in when needed. Yaris is always pleasant and helpful. She gives five star treatment.
LAST TIME I WENT TO THE DR TO GET MY ANNUAL CHECK UP I HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. THE ALTERNATIVE DR (NOT PATRON) "'SAW ME"' FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES. SHE DID NOT HEARD WHAT I NEEDED TO SAY AND INSTEAD SHE WAS HOLDING THE DOOR HOLDER RUSHING ME. SHE ONLY TOOKE FOR GRANTED WHAT THE NURSE SAID TO HER BEFORE SEEING ME. IT S THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME. I WILL CONTINUE WITH DR PATRON AS USUAL BUT NO WITH THE ALTERNATIVE ONE.
