Amazing medical team, I had an outstanding experience from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, organized, and efficient. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and calming — a great first impression. NP was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. The nurse and support staff were equally kind and attentive, making the whole visit feel seamless and stress-free.
Without a doubt, the best service experience I've ever encountered in a doctor's office. I'm so sorry I'm terrible with names but, from the beautiful girls at the front office to the sweet lady who draws blood to the amazing lady doctor, just wow. I never felt rushed and my concerns were actually heard. I didn't even notice a wait time; I signed in and was called in almost immediately! Just phenomenal experience ✨️. Amazing staff. They make you feel welcome and comfortable . Dr Patron, Yailen and staff were very pleasant and thorough. They talk w you and ask questions to get to know you and your medical history. Definitely will set up my follow up appt. Thanks again
The ladies in the front office were very helpful in helping me get authorization from my insurance for a special medication. Especially Rose and Yaris. Katelyn was also very helpful. Their kindness, efficiency was very much appreciated.
