The staff is helpful and friendly. They reassure me and they inform me of what is going to happen. They are also well informed and they let me know what to expect. I really like Dr. Mosaed, she is kind and informative. Thank you, Dr. Mosaed.
Dr. Mosaed was awesome, as were the nurses, {staff name removed}, the assistant, was extremely helpful. Dr. Ye, the fellow, was also a 10. Dr. Mosaed is a 20. Thank you.
First appointment. Will not return. Doctor was rude, talked down to me and basically made me feel uncomfortable. Chastised for me not looking exactly where she wanted me to look. Kept making terse comments that were belittling. I'm 74 but consider myself sound physically and mentally. She may be a doctor and department head and since this was my first visit she knew nothing about me. I have as much post graduate training in my profession as she does in hers. Didn't feel like UCI health has my best interest for health care. I was at the clinic for stomach pains. Then went to UCI emergency and then schedule for follow up. Seems like there are no communication or history. Everything or every appointment is transactional and siloed.
