I never saw Dr. NANCI, because I left after waiting 45 minutes. I had another appt. I didn't want to be late for. When I'm told to be there 15 minutes early and I am, after fighting traffic in the rain, I don't mind waiting a bit, but 45 min. sitting in a chair with bursitis was too much for me. The visit really wasn't necessary, as I already knew all my test results from the patient portal. It was simply a formality.
My provider explained everything, even the questions we were going to ask, she answered first. {staff name removed} is excellent, patient care, appointments made easier, she's great
