Great staff, professional, makes you feel like you are part of the family. Great selection of eyeglasses. Very in depth eye exam and explains the procedures every step of the way.
Dr Washington is a great Doctor, she cares for her patients. I have been going to Dr Washington for years, she was concerned about my eye pressure so she made an appointment for me with someone who had more technology and was a glaucoma specialist. The specialist performed laser surgery to open the drain fields, went back and the surgery worked, in my book Dr Washington is a superstar Doctor. My name is Brenda Dial
The office manager Ms. Blackmond, is rude and not helpful.
I made and an appointment 3 weeks In advance for an eye exam. The representative called me the Sat. (before the Mon. appointment) to attempt to sell me eyeglasses, I informed her that I would not be purchasing eyeglasses from them and only needed the exam. She didn't like that response and appruptly hung up. Then proceeds to call me Sun. (7pm) to say that "we can't see you because of customer service issues". She also blatantly lied about what my portion of the cost would be.
