I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I came in for a cleaning and to address a problem tooth, but the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. I did not feel that my records or X-rays were thoroughly reviewed, and my concerns were dismissed with a quick “it looks good.” When I asked about the AI X-ray highlighting concerns in the same area where I was experiencing symptoms, I was told that nothing could be seen.
