Dr. Andrea Schmidt, I made an appointment a month prior and the day before they canceled on me made another appointment they canceled on me again. I let them know that it was truly an emergency. My back molar had cracked and was in excruciating pain pretty much all I needed was a referral to an oral surgeon to kill the nerve so she could create a crown. This whole experience was a nightmare. Dr. Schmidt and her team are amazing! Years ago, my first experience getting a crown (with a different dentist) did not go well, and I had been leery of all dental work since. But Dr. Schmidt has cured me of my fears and done a superb job with the several crowns I've needed more recently. She even fit me in on extremely short notice to re-affix a crown (again, from a different dentist) that broke off unexpectedly right before I was heading out of town for the holidays. So happy that I found her I’ve tried a few different dentists. I feel that she is great at what she does and very down to earth.. the office staff is super kind and accommodating. When people ask I have no problem referring them here.
