Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever.

They didn't verify what my insurance covered and charged me for a procedure that they shouldn't have performed. The other dentists I've been to knew every time I was in their office exactly what my insurance covered. They didn't say "that's your responsibility, we have 8,000 patients we don't know what everyone's insurance covers". Isn't that the dentist/office responsibility to verify coverage? I don't understand how they can be so unprofessional! I will not be referring this dentist to all soccer moms and co-workers!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on.

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
