Dr. Rossi is amazing. Great doctor. Horrible phone service you can never get through to the office ever.
My first visit with Dr. Rossi was amazing! She took her time with me and answered all my questions. She was so patient and understanding as well. I had seen a different Dr. previously, what a difference between the two! NIGHT AND DAY!!! There was a 5-month wait to see her. It was well worth it!!! Ty Dr. Rossi. Ur staff is wonderful too!!!
Dr. Rossi as a doctor has been fantastic - Great bedside manner, very explanatory, and a wonderful personality during the two occasions we've visited with her for our family member. However, her front office staff and the medical group she is partnered with has made us move on. Several phone call interactions were rude, short and unprofessional from Duleah (not sure on spelling). I was told I needed to be rescheduled again because "she (Dr. Rossi) wants to go on vacation or something and won't be in that day anymore". The do... read more
