Some edits to my review - I am now uncovering more scars...so really upset but trying hard to forgive myself and this dr. Dr. Austin ultimately made my skin worse after thinking she knew what was best for me and felt no remorse...aggressive, impatient and dismissive is how I would describe Dr. Austin. I'm still trying to recover emotionally, physically and mentally from what she did w/fraxel and an aggressive laser genesis..this was all following a halo laser I did elsewhere 1.5 yrs prior. She is the worst. Aggressive, doesn’t know how to treat patients with care. She burnt my face and arms out. Do yourself a favour, do not see her with your problems at all. She makes sure she adds triple trouble points on to yours and make them worse.
