She is very good with explaining treatment and why they are doing the type of service.
I see Dr. Lusk in the Clearwater office of Eye Site of Tampa Bay. She is a compassionate, attentive physician who has provided me with excellent care and treatment. She explains everything in terms I can understand and her abilities are clearly superior as witnessed by my continued good eye health. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well trained, highly experienced, thorough and approachable Opthamologist.
Went to Clearwater office. This may not be Dr. Lusk's fault but her staff refused to see me, making false claims about me, albeit politely. Wasted three hours.
This doctor is more about making money and getting insurance payments , than caring that you are a human being with a medical issue. Walked out after having to wear a sticker on my forehead to "point out" that I was a BCBS HMO client. Horrible wait time ALWAYS .
First visit as a new patient was fair Dr spent a lot of time explaining about a condition I did not have which she would have known had she examined my eyes First !! instead of trying to "show off" to her assistants. My second visit I waited 2 hours for her to give me a FIVE minute visit with a condescending attitude when asked a question and in a rush backing up to the door. Will visit again only to Dr knauf this time. Hopefully a little more considerate Hopefully you will too
