This is the rudest and most unprofessional Dr. I have ever seen.
no PR, abrupt, does not spend the time with the NEW PATIENT with grave prognosis, does not explain sufficiently, rushing out from the room.
I saw Dr. LUSK today for an annual eye exam. I have been seeing this doctor for several years. Dr. LUSK has my trust. She has always explained in a non-rushed, warm manner. Unfortunately, I have had an ongoing issue with the billing department since a visit one year ago. A claim for refraction was never submitted by said billing department. Dr Lusk is great. I have been seeing her for 3 years now. I am getting Kenalog infections do to a rare auto immune disease I have. She is always very helpful in answering my questions and always has my best interests at heart.
If you have an elder with an appointment and you want to go with them to be their advocate, don't bother... shes condescending and won't acknowledge you, even if she knows you have questions. Rude and walked away before I could get a word in even after my grandmother asked her so politely to allow me to ask a question. I am a nurse and have not witnessed this level of poor bedside manner in my seven years of nursing. Comically arrogant.
I have been seeing Dr Lusk for 10 years and found her to be a skilled physician. I"ve never seen her be anything but kind. She takes her time and reviews her findings to me, is always respectful and kind.I noted she also is quick to talk well of her staff, I find that an added bonus, she is a find doctor, and a very smart and agreeable woman who I always enjoy seeing.
Very rude person to deal with.good doctor but very short temper would not recommend.
Dr.Lusk is a very personable, knowledgeable doctor. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood it all easily. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lusk’s for a little over two years. She has always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. She always takes the time to explain treatments to me in layman’s terms and takes the time to answer any questions I might have fully. I do have to take the time to also give credit to the entire staff of Eye Site. They have also treated me with the same respect and courtesy that Dr. Lusk has. It is truly a team effort.
