The front desk employee was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was stationed with her back towards me and could not even turn her head to speak to me. I cancelled my surgery to come to this office because my dr. Told me that an ENT dr. In this office was starting to perform permanent perforated septum reconstructions. So i decided to give this office a shot. I drove 2 hours to get here. And my first interaction with an employee here was unpleasant.
Just wanted the Medical World 🌎 to know that for too many years I've had problems breathing because of a deveated septum and just recently had the corrective surgery which was done by Dr Andrea Herbert her and her entire team did an amazing job. Thank God I can now breathe without the use of any nasal sprays which I've used constantly for years. Thank you Again.
