My wife has been there twice and not impressed. The first time she had three seborreica keratosis removed. One on the face turned into a scab and when it fell off the lesion was still there. Went a second time to have three removed. One was fairly large and instead of having it scraped a different procedure was used which is taking forever to heal. The one on the face was treated again and had the same results. The scab fell off and it’s still there. I feel the procedures are not very effective to make you come back.
This place is seriously becoming a joke! I had 2 biopsies and they both came back Basal skin cancer. I scheduled BOTH appointments immediately. Twice they call me as I'm walking out the door for my 7:30 am appt and cancel. They FINALLY get me in, (diagnosed in Feb., 1st appt ends up being March 31st) and 8 appts later i am still not done with the first area as they have made us sit for HOURS every time we go in for them to squeeze in the dr to my room between others as they NEVER schedule enough time. Told receptionist that I changed insurance carrier when booking appointment as I've been there before. After at set date I had to wait 20mins for them to even hand me the paperwork to update, then they send me upstairs another 10mins goes by. Get to counter to be told they don't take BCBS. You couldn't do this when I called?NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WONT FORGET ME TODAY. Complete Incompetence
Love my dermatologist. Look forward to going. Especially when she has to use a scalpel. To get rid of mother nature's. Too much sun.Laugh out loud.
