All the positive reviews must be fake. Absolutely the worst service. They charge you for things without your knowledge. It’s all about money for them and they are not doing a good job at all.
I'm so glad I did not continue my treatment at this office. Since I just went there for a "free" new patient consultation to get an additional opinion and make up my mind with how I want to proceed with my treatment. During the consultation I was advised by Dr. Ripa that a CT scan was needed and when I asked how much it would cost I was told just $50 and I agreed. At the same time I asked Dr. Ripa if he will be handling my treatment entirely and he told me that a different doctor from another office would actually be working... read more
Worst experience. I do not recommend.
Very Poor Service
Terrible service. STAY AWAY! The doctor is absolutely unprofessional he gives you his opinion and in a few minutes just changes it. My first and last visit. Most likely all the 5 star reviews are fake or bought.
I can't speak for the others here but my experience with Dr Ripa was excellent. I had a tooth infection needing immediate attention late in the day on a Saturday. Coming from Michigan I didn't know any dentists down here in the Miami area and went with Dr. Ripa mainly because he was the only one who called me back and was close by.
