Dr. Mischenko did an amazing job on my most recent root canal. I am usually petrified of dentists but Dr. Mischenko promised a smooth, painless procedure. She delivered. Compared to my last root canal, this one was a breeze! I nearly fell asleep in the chair. The entire process was not only completely painless but really quick too. Which is an amazing testament to her skill as I was turned away from my regular dentist due to the complexity of my root structure. I had two root canal procedures done by Dr. Mischenko and was extremely impressed by the precision of her work. She takes her time explaining the procedures as well as carrying out the work. In addition, she has a very pleasant personality and I felt totally relaxed. Also, the work place itself demonstrates high standards of hygiene and is absolutely impeccable.

She's great!! She gives you the best care needed and makes sure she gets her job done. Also makes sure you are as comfortable as you can be and pushes you to be patient with surgeries.

Dr Mischenko performed a root canal on a cracked tooth flawlessly. When I experienced a little pain she stopped and continued the treatment a week later after the tooth had a chance to recover. Would I recommend her? YES. My wife had a root canal some years ago with another endodon tist and I was dreading repeating her painful experience. I did not have to worry; Dr. Mischenko did a professional and painless job.

From the very first minute I walked into the office and met Dr. Mischenko and her staff, I knew I was in good hands. First of all, I was very impressed by Dr. Mischenkos office. It is conveniently located in the center of Chevy Chase and has an absolutely state of the art equipment. In addition to only having to wait less than 5 minutes, the waiting room was filled with new magazines and a computer. Dr. Anastasia Mischenko did a root canal procedure on my infected & painful molar in December 2009. My severe toothache was much relieved after the procedure and have completely gone ever since. She has an excellent skill and chair-side manner. So far, Dr. Mischenko has had four follow-ups with me to make sure a good healing process and no reccurence.
