I think he has retired and I usually don't like leadership, but I thought he was very smart and kind, and asked questions which was good (rather than going by assumptions) looked into the facts while being open and creative and analytical about diagnoses, just about all the people who worked there he hired, I worked/played well with, even enjoyed, probably because everyone he hired to work on the units had well-above average intelligence and were beautiful, internally strong/driven/energetic, gentle people.
