I really would give this facility ZERO STARS! The front desk are rude and to get someone on the phone to set or confirm an appointment it is quite of a "crusade" (good luck), and plus I went with my alopecia areata problem..and he did not better it...It has been 4 months and I still have the bald spots! I assume that for a dermatologist...that should be just a routine.
Great Doctor....spent six months at Scripps and they were unable to figure out that I had an autoimmune disorder. Dr. Ganesan was able to diagnose the issue and prescribe the proper medication.
Such a good doctor. He is an amazing dermatologist and he is requested by people all around the world. Make sure to call months in advance before your appointment so he won't get overbooked. Overall, a great dermatologist.
