Dr. Dizon is judgmental and untrustworthy with extremely poor communication skills. She does not make expectations or clinical reasoning known, even when asked questions. She spent 20 minutes trying to push for Tier 1 (most expensive) drug options, but shut the conversation down the second I asked about generic options. I would strongly caution others before seeking care from this provider. Her lack of compassion empathy and willingness to properly educate her patients is deeply concerning. There should never be a situation where a patient leaves a medical appointment in tears feeling belittled confused about their diagnosis and unsupported. She has been my dr for 12 years, I love her she tells you as it is, she has been super nice to me and my kids.
I had an ultrasound done the early part of November receive my test results on the Porter on November 22.To this day, which is December 10th I have yet to hear back from the doctor or her nurse. I call every single day to speak with her nurse and I get the run around from the front end, they will not put her on the phone for no reason whatsoever.
