Dr. Flores, provides outstanding care and medical attention to my father-in-law. Dr. Flores takes the time to communicate to my father-in-law his condition and me as a caregiver. Her professional advice, care and personal touch as a medical doctor is gratefully appreciated. Her entire staff is always nice and kind offering assistance where needed.

Dr. Flores is absolutely amazing!! I was in Memphis on a work trip and had a shingles outbreak that was close to my eye. The ER dr referred me to Dr. Flores to verify whether the shingles had spread to my eye. I showed up at 7:30 AM and she not only squeezed me in but was very attentive and had a genuine concern for me and my eye. Her bedside manner is one of the best I've ever seen. She even called to follow up the next day to see how I was doing.
