Dr Flores and staff are friendly and professional however, Dr Flores offers no info regarding the tests that were performed and condition of my eyes except to say “everything looks great”! If I don’t ask her questions, she’s out the door in less than 5 minutes.. after waiting 2hrs to see her, it would nice to have a little more one on one time in the exam room, details of test results and overall summary of eye condition.. Not too much to ask .. hence my score of 4 rather than 5.
Would NOT recommend her for anything! I have no vision in my right eye cause of her inability to use disposable stitches! Flores is a definite NO for care, surgery of the eye!! BEWARE!!!!

Dr. Flores is a great doctor and a wonderful human being. I love her to death but I have had an ongoing problem with one of her staff members, Devan, who oversees medicine distribution. I was approved for free meds thru the manufacturer, but have had to get to the point of being ugly, and still don't have enough meds because she was so lazy as to not follow through and get it done. Dr. Flores has nice personality and right perseverance, takes time to examine and interact with patient. I have been with her almost twenty years as a diabetic retinopathy patient.
Not a good Dr with treatment. I loss my vision in my right eye because of her negliance on her part!!!
Best doctor ever!! She really cares about her patients. She listens and takes her time with each one. Yes, you may have to wait, but she is worth the wait to get that special care.
Dr Flores is always attentive and patient with my father who is 89 and somewhat hard of hearing. She listens to his questions and explains conditions and treatments very well and her office staff is very nice too!
While driving to Memphis from Dallas, I noticed some unusual difficulty in focusing. This had been going on for a while. I went to see Dr. Flores, a highly experienced retinal surgeon.
