Extremely long waiting times. Over 2 hours wait to get referred to blood tests and physical
Dr. Ana Garcia is lovely, but the office is a disaster. She works in the office of Dr. Ruben Ayala. I wanted to get blood tests prior to my visit with Dr. Garcia and they said I couldn't have any orders. They wanted me to go see her first, and then get the orders. I have gone to doctors all my life and this process is backwards. So I asked to speak to her. It took a week and an additional call. And finally today, they called to give me a telehealth appointment at 6:00 PM. The app said to get on at 5:50 which I did. I waited ... read more
