Dr. Laureano is knowledgeable and very caring. She seems to love her work. I went to her for a second opinion. She described each skin spot I was concerned about and assured me they were nothing to worry about. It was easy getting an appointment online and her staff is great. I highly recommend her and the office.
Front desk person could not find my 1pm appt, she never once looked up at me, then after 5-6 minutes asked if I was a new patient. I responded yes and she said we aren't taking new patients until next month. She never inquired on the purpose for my visit or asked her reception desk colleague for help. The front reception gets a failing grade. And lost a new customer because of a very unprofessional person up front. Bob St. John
