They don't have an eye doctor at this location; everything was handled by a single employee, who operated the eye exam equipment and then I had to wait for a doctor located remotely to review the exam and speaks with me on a screen. I had to listen to commercials for 15 to 20 minutes while the doctor "arrived". Sorry guys, this doesn't work and makes for an unpleasant patient experience. I will not go to any location that doesn't have a doctor onsite.
My experience was was excellent my appointment went well the customer service was friendly thank for making me welcomed.
Waiting time was to long. From 12:00 to 2:00.
