I saw Dr. Tong in May for problems with what she identified as a cyst in the outside corner of my left eye. My eye was bloodshot and it was irritated and annoying and had been so for months. Dr. Tong said to use eye drops and at night lubricant. However, this did not work and in fact, become worse. I called and sent messages via the Portal to her. Dr. Tong is a knowledgeable doctor who quickly diagnosed and treated my eye ailments.I trust her judgement .I don’t like the 1.5 hour wait that has happened twice now with Eyecare NW.Very frustrating!
