Had an appt for anxiety issues. Had anxiety all day leading up to appt because— ya know, anxiety. Was told to arrive 10 min early for paperwork, there was no paperwork there. There is nothing to greet you, but a sign that says “take a seat and your therapist will be with you shortly, do not knock unless 10 min late” I know this because I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby that is receptionless— it’s 2018, get a electronic check in if you don’t want to pay for an employee. I saw Dr. Clark during a very difficult time of my life. Through therapy, she helped me find the skills to handle difficulties that arise. Her approach is empathetic, yet professional, and I found it very comfortable confiding in her. I am pleased that I had Dr. Clark to help me through that period of my life. I recommend her to anyone looking for balanced guidance through issues and problem solving.

Amy has a wonderful balance of validating my feelings while helping to examine triggers for worry or anger and mitigate their effects. It's important to me to feel heard and not judged, but I recognize that I often need to cope and manage using a different lens because of past experiences or fears. Amy works well with feedback to guide me in a joint effort finding the right fit skills and methods for coping.

Amy is an amazing lady. She's always respectful, helpful, and finds the perfect thing to say to get your mind on the right track. She's also very kind and understanding. I've been going for about a month now and I strongly recommend her.
