As a child, I always admired the work that my father did and knew that I too wanted to be a Pediatrician. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to join him at Forest View Pediatrics 6 years ago. In my pursuit to provide quality medical care to my patients, I strive to develop comfortable trusting relationships in which patients and their families can engage in open conversations about the unique needs of each child. I also seek to actively involve children in their own health and safety; educating them about age appropriat... read more

Dr Amy is AMAZING! We travel from Racine to be seen by dr Amy. All of our appointments with her are very thorough, she took so much time with us, and is ahead on all of the new technology. Also, she suggested a test for ensuring my younger daughters medication was the best fit for her which has been so helpful as we tried multiple times for the right ADHD medicine. When we couldn’t get in for an evaluation for ADHD due t... read more
Dr. Lautz cares about you and your child as long as you don’t need anything beyond textbook normal. She gets very offended if you want to delay vaccination or if you ask for vaccine inserts. She treated us and some of our friends’ families like we were breaking all the rules by inquiring about the best medical practices for our children. She doesn’t care about families who seek truth & ask questions, first. She also doesn’t have children of her own therefore, lacks empathy/compassion for kids.
A truly caring doctor, not just for the patients, but for the families as well. She recently spent quite a bit of time late on a Friday helping us through an insurance issue, which she really didn't have to do. You really don't find this level of commitment any longer at many places. She is truly a wonderful pediatrician.
