The staff is rude and have a condescending tone. I don’t like to call because the way they talk over the phone is like you are annoying them and they make you feel like you are wasting their time with very serious inquires. Just because of that I would find another doctor’s office unless they change and train their staff to be go kind, compassionate and empathetic.
I have been a patient of Dr, Lohman since she started her practice in New Canaan. She takes the time to get to know you and develop a relationship with you as a person, not just a patient. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly, answers questions, and takes the time to address any concerns.
Wonderful and thoughtful young lady. Very approachable and friendly. My beloved doctor left this practice and so I saw Dr. Lohman to get my blood pressure checked and to renew my prescription. She is a very good listener and is very considerate of her patients' concerns and health. I suffer from white coat syndrome whenever I visit a doctor --- especially one who is very clinical. I would recommend highly her!!!!!!
Very thoughtful. Spends a lot of time making sure she (and I) understand what's going on. V pleasant to deal with.
