Becoming very disappointed with the office staff here. Have called 5 times in the past week because I am having concerns with the effects of the birth control I am taking. Got called right before they closed and was not available to answer. I called and left a voicemail to get another call back and never received it. This was May 13. It has been a week and they are supposed to call within 48-72 hours. It has been 168 hours… As long as I pay for the appointments, the services and the medications. Dr.Falcone great, I actually felt like she understood me. The billing part and insurance claims is not the best. Please keep all cash payment receipts and triple check what you are paying for before leaving the office.
Today way my first time meeting with Dr. Falcone. Unlike my experience with previous doctors, I felt Dr. Falcone listened to my concerns and proceeded with a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. Highly recommend!
Dr. Amy Falcone is amazing she is the best. I saw her a few times and since day one she put me at ease and treated me like her own sister. She is very good at listening and reassuring especially when she did a small procedure and I felt no pain at all. I highly recommend her. Rica
