Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency here. I came in for a standard $75 eye exam, but the clinic insisted on a mandatory $165 package that includes a retinal imaging scan. Even after I explicitly declined the imaging and asked for the basic checkup, they refused to see me unless I paid for the 'premium' bundle. I am writing to share unprofessional experiences regarding my care under Dr. Panesar. Dr. Panesar demonstrated repeated unprofessional conduct during my time as a patient between the ages of 8 and 14. During routine eye examinations when my prescription increased slightly he failed to consider normal developmental changes and instead accused me of having diabetes based solely on my physical appearance which was inappropriate and distressing especially at a young age.
