July 7, 2026 I’ve waited a week to get a call back about an appointment as I cancelled my appointment a week ago because of Optum. I have to get an Optum Representative to call to get me an appointment sooner than 6 months as my labs and procedures will be out we dated. Why is Dr. Mazumba’s staff refusing to call me for a quick appointment??!!
