Awesome doctor. Very responsive and always calls back. He and his staff are very caring people that are down to earth. He gives great advice and is highly respected for good reasons. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I really like Dr. Kumar as a professional, but the office staff can make or break your practice. I only came one time due to the incompetent front staff. The billing manager was arrogant and condescending to me. I was truly taken back by this. I can't give the office a great review due to this, but Dr. Kumar. is great!
This office is run extremely poor. I made my appt specifically with Dr. Kumar, they even confirmed my appt word for word to see Dr. Kumar and then they blindly had me see a Physicians Assistant. No one mentioned in making my appt, in confirming my appt, in taking my copay, in bringing me back into the room that I would not be seeing the doctor. He never came in to introduce himself to me and I never even saw him in the office. They made no attempt to even resolve this issue. Go somewhere else!
