Very pleased with my care by Dr. Patel and his staff. He took care of my problem and when I had a question he called me personally and gave me his cell number, if I needed over the weekend help. Staff is friendly and competent. He is my dentist now.�
Had miss d 1 appointment for my child and made a new one. The day before the new appointment the office called requesting that I change my time a little earlier which I said ok. Well my husband was taking my child and I forgot to tell him the time was changed. The office called and the woman was extremely rude and said I couldn’t reschedule the appointment that I will have to call. I explained the situation and the woman was still extremely rude.shame a good Dentist office has rude staff returning calls to customers.
RecommendedDr. Patel & his staff are top shelf all the way, from the moment you walk into his office until the moment you leave you are treated in the most professional manner. I have had numerous procedures done recently in his office and I feel completely at ease & comfortable in his hands. He is an excellent dentist, and I can recommend him highly!
