I had a very bad experience with Dr. Shah. My legitimate concerns were dismissed rather than investigated, and the discharge report did not even mention the actual reason I came to the ER. It felt as though the doctor’s goal was to disprove and disbelieve me over petty details rather than focus on my symptoms and provide help. I went through exactly what one hopes never to experience in an ER visit — feeling unheard, unsupported, and dismissed at a time when care is most needed.
