Please do not allow this doctor to care for your family member. He visited us twice and never bothered to identify himself or address anyone in the room except the patient. Mind you this was a stroke patient who couldn’t speak or move, and he still would not address us with the details (we have power or attorney). Additionally he spent a maximum of 2 minutes each time he came, spat out a couple words, and then promptly left. He never went over any of the radiology or lab tests and refused to state that he could not figure ou... read more

Dr. Shokrae was the affiliate nurse on duty the weekend we were at St. Joseph Hospital. He was in the room for a matter of seconds. This filthy dog spent two minutes with. Yes, 120 seconds. He was unprepared, rude, dismissive and would not answer any of my questions. Stay away from this Quack.

I had a stroke while at Saint Joseph's on April 3, 2017. Dr. Shokrae was there apparently seeing other patients. He followed me while I was in the hospital and continues to do so. His bedside manner is great! He is very personable and caring. When I went to his office for a follow up appointment, he personally greeted me in the waiting room and took me back to his office. I had never had that happen before. He is what a Doctor should be! Great Doctor and great man!

Trid calling 5 times to make an appointment, no luck! Can't get anyone to answer the phone (just recordings) and no one returns phone calls!! If this an indication of their poorly trained office staff then I will contact my referring physician and let him know not to refer patie ts to Pavilions Neurology.
