At first things seemed great, but over time I noticed he spent less time in our appointments, became dismissive of my concerns, expressed doubt/suspicion when I told him a certain medication wasn't working for me, and didn't answer my questions, even walking out of my appointment when I was mid question. I was desperate for an apt and I called and I was informed he had an opening on the 18th of May, I expressed I was in agony & could barely walk, they said I could come in now instead of waiting. I was so relieved, that relief changed to a nightmare! When I got there the reception area was filled with people's medical documents. & plenty of chaos. I've been seeing Dr. Shokrae for years. He's very thorough. Love the fact that he's able to make you feel so comfortable while he listens to all your questions/issues. Then explains them in such a way that it's so easy to understand! Highly recommend him!
Dr. Shokrae is a nice guy. The staff is a joke. I was surprised someone answered the phone when I called because usually they just dont answer.The girl who answered the phone just sounded like she did not want to be at work. This has been the same MO for years. Its somewhat amusing! Dr. Shockrae if you read this, get rid of your rude staff. We call you for help and guidance. We call you because we have loved ones that are sick. We call you because you are a doctor that we look to for care.
Dr. Shokrae is the best Neurologist in OC. I have been his patient for a few years. He is caring an knowledgeable and his beside manner is the best. I definitely recommend Dr. Shokrae.
I was referred by my primary care physician. Dr. Shokrae was wonderful. He took his time with me and very carefully explained everything to me. I would definitely go back to him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good neurologist.

very experience. I called them several time for help regarding a medicime that does not allow me to sleep besides other issues requesting imediate help but nobody call me back. It seems this office has a lot of urgency getting your money but they couldn't care less about your health or urgencies. We are sick people looking for help but this place is not the one you can find serious and professional help. Not recommend this office at all.
