Cold, dismissive of my concerns, past medication experience, and everything else. Showed zero empathy, and I honestly felt like he couldn't care less. Seems like someone who views people as "things" to treat rather than people with real concerns, past medication experience, etc when it comes to his specialty. I have been trying for almost a week to obtain a release to go back to work. I have received very little communication. After sending messages and calling for the past five days, I received a response that they are waiting to hear back from Dr. Arain. All I am asking for is a note to return to work. I have now missed almost a week of work unpaid because I do not have this letter. Unfortunately, I do not make a doctor’s salary, and this has put me in an extremely difficult financial situation.

Dr Arain is severely deficient in communication and collaboration skills. I felt completely out of the decision making processes during my care. I wasn’t consulted on what medications might fit best with my lifestyle, just told what was happening and what habits I needed to break. He blindsided me with a diagnosis, and then told me I had been behaving recklessly given my condition. Dr.Arain is the most amazing doctor he is patience, compassionate. Takes time to listen I never felt rushed. Explains things about your condition perfectly clear and makes sure any and all questions are answered. Obviously I can't say enough about him.
