My grandma is 89 yrs old had an appointment at 11am today, had to wait for an hour and thirty minutes. Front desk employee wasn’t helpful, none of the employees were helpful, worst of the worst service for patients. Will never come back here again. They don’t care about patients at all.
This office is mostly for people that don’t know English, very small and slow. Dr. Amina is not there all the time, she leaves her work to a nurse. I hate that they ask for many test, when I simply went in there for sleeping medication, and just waste my time. I don’t recommend this clinic, due to the nurse cutting you off, and them simply not giving you the right attention right away. (Not worth anyones time, you will just have to wait here) and don’t expect a call back. Or for them to do any paper work.
Great place; were able to provide my son with the albuterol he needed on site.
Warm, friendly, timely, and very caring. I cannot say enough about this practice. Thank you for your time and support of me.
