I been calling this office to speak to my doctor regarding the side effects of my new medication but the front desk keep telling me that the doctor will call back but no call back after 3 phone ne calls on span of 24 hours. I went to Urgent care on my own decision but Urgent care is worse. It’s a joke. No doctor in the building and they don’t even have EKG machines after charging my card for the co pay. Terrible Health Care! I dropped my HMO and enrolled in PPO straight Medicare where I can choose a doctor with good reviews…

Had an appointment at 10:15 and 45 mins after waiting in the lobby I asked if something was going on that was causing such delay. The receptionist cut me off and handed me my ID and medical card starting I was next, as to shut me up. 10 minutes later they called someone else, I was not in fact next. I told them I would be leaving and that they should inform patients of the wait time so we could make decisions about our time.
