I was referred to Dr. Amie Shannon by her husband, Dr. Sean Shannon. She listened to me, she assessed my skin thoughtfully, looked at the pictures I brought (3 other doctors didn't want to see and wouldn't even get close enough to examine my skin or touch my skin). She was thoughtful and thorough in her assessment, explanation then she and her office fought with my insurance to get me the only medicine that helps! I’ve been to 4 drs., each offering different diagnosis. She was kind, sensitive, and compassionate. I feel like now I will start to heal the root problem!
I’ve been to several dermatologists over the years. She was recommended by the provider I work for in general practice. She completely knew what she was doing and she is the fist dermatologist that didn’t go freeze happy on me. I fully trust her expertise. Now I wont see anyone else! Her staff is great too. I saw her at the Walker location.
I will always choose Dr.Shannon as my dermatologist. She is the only doctor that has went the extra mile to help me with my eczema
I always receive excellent care from Dr.Shannon! She is thoughtful thorough and always kind. She gives my good explanations of what is going on which I greatly appreciate! I have to drive an hour each way to see her and it well worth the trip! I highly recommend Dr. Amie Shannon.
I saw Dr. Shannon for a skin rash and she immediately made an accurate diagnosis with confidence. Medication was prescribed which completely alleviated my symptoms and kept the rash away. She patiently explained the rash and gave the appropriate advice for long term treatment. She accepts telemedicine and I did not have to return to her office for this. She efficiently runs her practice. I definitely recommend her for any dermatologic problem.
